The Difficulty of Staying on Track

My biggest struggle in trying to change my life is keeping motivation. I get comfortable in my old habits due to the comfort it used to give me. Food has always been my biggest crutch; food has helped me through many traumas and because of that it has somewhat caused some health problems. Trying to undo years of bad habits and unhealthy eating has proved to be extremely challenging. I find myself slipping in and out of my old ways always giving myself excuses or promises of starting tomorrow. Even this blog I actually started it yesterday, just goes to show it really isn't an overnight change. I have decided to take little steps, so I don't get discouraged. One day at a time. Anyone have any advice for a girl that constantly struggles to motivate?
