When things get overwhelming, and you don't take the proper break your body will force you to rest. I have not taken care of myself properly and for that I have now gotten sick, I am now just trying to rest and get over this sickness. Studies have shown that stress lowers your immune system, and seeing how that's kind of what is happening now I say its true. Even though I feel crappy I am still trying to do things instead of just resting and I don't know why its a hard concept to just do nothing. Maybe I feel like if I don't get some things done then that will be double the work when I'm feeling better. Either way I have to start eating better and being more active, so I don't feel so BLAH all the time. Lowering my stress levels might be the harder task at hand, nonetheless one that will be conquered. If anyone that has any advice (when people actually start reading my blog lol) I would greatly appreciate it.
